Welcome to All Things Pretty Loungewear, LLC (“ATP Loungewear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them before placing an order.
1. Products and Merchandise
ATP Loungewear offers women's loungewear, sleepwear, casual apparel, coordinated sets, robes, onesies, shorties, and related merchandise. Product descriptions, available sizes, colors, materials, and prices are provided on individual product pages.
We strive to display our merchandise accurately. However, colors and appearances may vary due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Product availability may change without notice.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, with payments handled by authorized third-party providers.
We may correct pricing errors or cancel affected orders. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the payment to the original payment method.
3. Orders and Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Order confirmations acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee acceptance or shipment. Orders remain subject to payment verification, inventory availability, and fraud-prevention review.
4. Shipping and Delivery
ATP Loungewear currently ships within the United States only.
- Orders under $100: $6.85 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders of $100 or more: FREE standard shipping.
Shipping thresholds are based on merchandise subtotal before taxes. Delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an address error provided by the customer.
5. Seven-Day Exchange Policy
We accept requests to exchange eligible merchandise within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, perfume, makeup, or damage.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
- Exchanges depend on replacement product and size availability.
Contact ATP Loungewear for authorization and return instructions before mailing any merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary size or preference exchanges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, sizing preferences, or personal preferences. Certain items may be marked final sale or ineligible for exchange for hygiene reasons; any such restrictions will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.
This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented merchandise.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, quantities, delivery addresses, and payment information before checkout. Fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized use of our website is prohibited.
